1. Cancellation by the Customer
Once the excursion is purchased, the customer cannot cancel it and no refunds will be issued. Due to the planning and resources required to organize each excursion, we are unable to offer refunds once the purchase is made.
2. No Show
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time at the designated meeting point for the excursion. It is strongly recommended to arrive at least 20 minutes before departure time for Snorkeling excursions, and 30 minutes for JetCar VIP. If the customer does not arrive on time, it will be considered a “No Show”. In this case, the activity will not be provided and no refunds will be issued.
3. Late Arrival
Punctuality is crucial to ensure an optimal experience for all participants. If the customer arrives late, they will not be able to join the excursion once it has started. In this case, the activity will not be provided and no refunds will be issued.
4. Cancellation due to Weather Conditions
In case of adverse weather conditions that require rescheduling or canceling the excursion, customers will be notified as early as possible. If the excursion needs to be canceled for safety reasons, customers will be offered the option to reschedule for another available date or receive a full refund.
5. Procedure in Case of Cancellation by Sea Adventures of Puerto Rico
If Sea Adventures of Puerto Rico cancels an excursion for any reason, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or operational issues, customers will have the option to reschedule the excursion for another available date or receive a full refund to the original method of payment. Refunds to credit cards may take between 7 to 10 days.
Acceptance of the Policy
By booking and participating in an excursion with Sea Adventures of Puerto Rico, the customer accepts and agrees to this cancellation, no show, and late arrival policy. It is recommended to review this policy before each excursion, as it may be subject to changes.
