Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. While our guides strive to provide the best possible experience, the unpredictable nature of wildlife means we cannot ensure encounters with animals.

2. Limited Visibility
Visibility during activities may be limited due to weather conditions, tides, and other environmental factors. Participants are advised to be prepared for these variations.

3. Customer Cancellation Policy
In the event of adverse weather conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the experience. Customers will be notified as early as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Health Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform staff of any medical conditions that may affect their experience. The customer certifies that they are in good physical and mental condition to participate in the tour and do not have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by it, such as heart conditions, panic attacks, anxiety, etc. This information is crucial for ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

5. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to respect marine life. Touching or interacting with animals in ways that may cause harm or stress is not permitted. Additionally, customers should not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the activity. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the experience without a refund.

6. Use of Photos and Videos for Marketing
Photos and videos taken during the experience may be used by Sea Adventures of Puerto Rico for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your images to be used, please inform us before the activity begins.

7. Privacy Policy
Sea Adventures of Puerto Rico is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers. Personal information collected during booking and participation in our activities will only be used for operational and communication purposes related to our experiences. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except when necessary to comply with the law or protect our legal rights.

By participating in any activity with Sea Adventures of Puerto Rico, the customer acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions outlined here. We recommend reviewing these terms and conditions before each activity, as they may be subject to change.

1. Cancellation by the Customer
Once the excursion is purchased, the customer cannot cancel it and no refunds will be issued. Due to the planning and resources required to organize each excursion, we are unable to offer refunds once the purchase is made.

2. No Show
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time at the designated meeting point for the excursion. It is strongly recommended to arrive at least 20 minutes before departure time for Snorkeling excursions, and 30 minutes for JetCar VIP. If the customer does not arrive on time, it will be considered a “No Show”. In this case, the activity will not be provided and no refunds will be issued.

3. Late Arrival
Punctuality is crucial to ensure an optimal experience for all participants. If the customer arrives late, they will not be able to join the excursion once it has started. In this case, the activity will not be provided and no refunds will be issued.

4. Cancellation due to Weather Conditions
In case of adverse weather conditions that require rescheduling or canceling the excursion, customers will be notified as early as possible. If the excursion needs to be canceled for safety reasons, customers will be offered the option to reschedule for another available date or receive a full refund.

5. Procedure in Case of Cancellation by Sea Adventures of Puerto Rico
If Sea Adventures of Puerto Rico cancels an excursion for any reason, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions or operational issues, customers will have the option to reschedule the excursion for another available date or receive a full refund to the original method of payment. Refunds to credit cards may take between 7 to 10 days.

By booking and participating in an excursion with Sea Adventures of Puerto Rico, the customer accepts and agrees to this cancellation, no show, and late arrival policy. It is recommended to review this policy before each excursion, as it may be subject to changes.
